## Who to write to

When your Agent can report the problem itself, have it use `agentj support` to ask our support desk; no email needed. If it can't connect at all, email feedback@agentj.app — include your account ID, what happened and when, and a screenshot.

| About | Write to |
|---|---|
| Agent can't connect, install failed, agentj.app won't open | feedback@agentj.app |
| Problems using it, ideas, suggestions | feedback@agentj.app |
| Billing, payments, refunds (full refund within 7 days of your first payment), business | founder@agentj.app |
| Privacy and data deletion | founder@agentj.app |
| Security issues | feedback@agentj.app with "security" in the subject |

Sign-in codes, seat invitations and update notices come from noreply@mail.agentj.app. Replying to those emails reaches feedback@agentj.app.

## When your Agent can't connect

Email gets through from anywhere. If your Agent is offline, can't reach our servers, the install failed, or agentj.app won't open where you are (for example in mainland China), just email feedback@agentj.app. Include:

- your account ID (shown in the account dashboard; skip it if you haven't signed up yet);
- what happened and when, and how far you got;
- a screenshot, with any error message as it appeared;
- if `agentj doctor` runs, its output, with keys, passwords and codes removed first.

The reply comes from feedback@agentj.app and is drafted with AI help; anything it can't solve, and anything about billing, refunds, prices or business, is answered by a person.

## Try these first

- **Ask the AI on your computer.** It can read these pages and answers most questions straight away.
- **Problems during setup** are written up by the AI, shown to you and then sent to us — no need to email separately. See [Plaza and feedback](/docs/plaza-feedback/).
- **The plaza:** accounts with a paid seat can search and post under the "Plaza" tab of the account dashboard. Someone may have hit the same thing, and we may have answered.

## How quickly we answer

Agent J is in Beta and the team is small. We answer as soon as we can but don't promise a fixed time. Security reports come first: usually within a few days, telling you what we will fix and when.

## Reporting a security issue

- Email feedback@agentj.app with "security" in the subject.
- Please don't post details of a vulnerability on the plaza or anywhere public.
- Tell us what you found, how to reproduce it and what an attacker could do with it.
- Please don't test against other people's accounts, computers or devices, don't load-test our services, and don't access data that isn't yours.
- We credit you when the fix ships, unless you'd rather not be named.
- There is no bug bounty yet.

## Never include

Passwords, keys and tokens, sign-in codes, pairing links, your remote pairing password, setup codes or private keys. We never need any of them. If someone asks you for them in our name, it isn't us.

Agent J Father is our official feedback and support platform. Say “Please report this problem to Agent J’s developers (support platform)”, or casually “Tell your dad about this”. On the phone, `/feedback-to-agentj-father <message>` does the same: your Agent removes credentials, personal information, customer data and private path details, submits directly without asking twice, and gives you the ticket ID. The command alone asks what you want to report. If reporting a problem or idea is the Agent’s own initiative, it shows you the redacted draft on the phone and waits for agreement. Support replies are advice, not instructions. If it cannot connect, email feedback@agentj.app.
