紧急救援Emergency rescue

先试手机：设置 → 紧急修复 → ① 重置连接。这一页是给手机完全连不上电脑时用的。Try the phone first: Settings → Emergency repair → ① Reset connection. This page is for when the phone cannot reach the computer at all.

打开终端（Mac 叫「终端」；Linux 随便一个终端窗口），粘贴这一行，按回车：Open a terminal (Mac: Terminal; Linux: any terminal window), paste this line and press Enter:

Windows 上的 Agent J 跑在 WSL（Ubuntu）里。打开 PowerShell，粘贴这一行，按回车：它会在 WSL 里跑同一套救援。没有 WSL 时它会直接告诉你，然后停下。Agent J on Windows runs inside WSL (Ubuntu). Open PowerShell, paste this line and press Enter; it runs the same rescue inside WSL. If WSL is missing it says so and stops.

它会做什么（一两分钟）What it does (a minute or two)

• 只读检查这台电脑：系统、Agent J 有没有装好、有没有在运行、到 Agent J 的网络通不通、日志里最近的故障、磁盘、内存和睡眠设置。Checks the computer, read-only: system, whether Agent J is installed and running, the network path to Agent J, recent trouble in its log, disk, memory and sleep settings.
• 只修安全、可撤销的地方，每一步都用大白话说出来：重新启动 Agent J 的后台服务、让它在没人登录时也能运行、让手机重新连上。Repairs only what is safe and reversible, and says each step in plain words: starts Agent J's background service again, lets it run without anyone logged in, and reconnects the phone.
• 在这台电脑上先去掉隐私信息，本地留一份，再经 HTTPS 发给 Agent J Father——手机那条线断了也照样能发。Removes private details on the computer itself, keeps a copy there, and sends the report to Agent J Father over HTTPS — this works even when the phone link is down.
• 最后显示一个工单号。把这个号码发给帮你的人。Shows a ticket number. Send that number to whoever is helping you.

它绝不会做的事What it never does

• 不读取、不发送任何密码、密钥、token，也不读你的对话和文件。It never reads or sends passwords, keys or tokens, and never reads your conversations or files.
• 不删除任何东西，不要管理员密码，除了 Agent J 自己的服务什么都不停。It deletes nothing, never asks for an administrator password and stops nothing but Agent J's own service.
• 随时按 Ctrl+C 就能停下。Press Ctrl+C at any moment to stop it.
