Agent 完全连不上、安装失败，或者打不开 agentj.app（比如在中国大陆访问不了），就直接写信，邮件在哪里都能发到。写上你的账号 ID、发生了什么、什么时候，再附一张截图。If your Agent can't connect at all, the install failed, or agentj.app won't open (for example from mainland China), just email us: email gets through from anywhere. Include your account ID, what happened and when, and a screenshot.
Agent 自己能把问题说清楚时，让它用 agentj support 问我们的客服；它也能发一条反馈，先把要发的内容给你看，你同意了才发。我们回复以后，它能看到回复。When your Agent can report the problem itself, have it use agentj support to ask our support desk. It can also send us a feedback report: it shows you what it wants to send and only sends it after you agree. When we reply, it can read the answer.
哪里不好用、想要什么功能、哪句话没看懂，都欢迎写信告诉我们。Something clunky, a feature you'd like, a sentence that made no sense: email us.
发现安全漏洞，请写信到 feedback@agentj.app，标题里写上 security。请先不要公开，我们会尽快确认和修复。 可对 Agent J 说「请把问题汇报给 Agent J 开发者（客服平台）」，也可以说「把这事告诉你爸爸」；Agent J Father 就是官方反馈平台。Found a vulnerability? Email feedback@agentj.app with "security" in the subject. Please keep it private until we have confirmed and fixed it. Tell Agent J “Please report this to Agent J’s developers (support platform)”, or “Tell your dad about this”: Agent J Father is our official feedback platform.
