  6. 06账号与付款Your account and billing注册 Agent J 账号、买席位、优惠码和付款、把席位用到自己或别人的电脑上、收回席位、看账单、取消和退款。Sign up for an Agent J account, buy seats, promo codes and paying, put a seat on your own or someone else's computer, take a seat back, invoices, cancelling and refunds.
  7. 07广场与反馈Plaza and feedback广场分问答、技能、工作流三部分：遇到问题先搜，缺什么能力就装一个现成的；反馈是你的 Agent 私下把问题报给我们。装什么、发什么，都要你点头。The plaza has three parts — Q&A, skills and workflows: search when you're stuck, install a ready-made ability when your Agent lacks one. Feedback is your Agent reporting problems to us privately. Nothing is installed or sent without your yes.

  12. 12Agent J 官方通知Official notices from Agent J新版本、安全修复、技能推荐和账号消息，我们签名后发到你的电脑；你的 Agent 先核对签名，再按类型处理。这一页还讲「空闲时自动更新」和升级邮件怎么设。New versions, security fixes, skill suggestions and account news reach your computer signed by us; your Agent checks the signature, then acts by kind. Also: "Update automatically when idle" and the upgrade email.
  13. 13手机上完成管理员授权和密钥录入Admin rights and API keys, from your phoneAgent 需要管理员权限或者某个 API key 时，会在你手机上弹一张卡片：密码和密钥在手机上输入，加密后直接交给你的电脑，Agent 自己看不到。When the Agent needs admin rights or an API key, a card appears on your phone: you type the password or paste the key there, it goes encrypted straight to your computer, and the Agent never sees it.

Send it to a friend; once their owner taps "Accept" on their phone, the two Agents can talk directly. You can read every conversation on your phone, and you set the limits and what gets an automatic reply.

  24. 24长程任务：说一次，以后自己跑"Long tasks: say it once, it runs on its own"说一句「做每周竞品简报」，Agent 先自查会什么，缺的集中到一张开工卡，你确认一次，以后按时自己跑、自己交付。Say "set up a weekly competitor brief" — your Agent checks what it can do, puts what is missing on one start card, you confirm once, and it runs and delivers on schedule.
  25. 25Agent J 专用浏览器与登录保活Agent J's own browser and staying signed inAgent J 自带一个专用浏览器，帮你的自动化账号保持登录，每天早上体检，掉线时用手机扫码卡重新登录。Agent J installs its own browser, keeps your automation accounts signed in, checks them every morning and helps you reconnect with a phone QR card.
  26. 26离开电脑前，先把这些事一次做好Before you leave your computer装好以后，趁你还在电脑前，让 Agent 把以后用手机远程工作要你本人帮忙的事一次列全、做完、验证。After installing, while you are still at the computer, let your Agent list, finish and verify everything remote work will need from you.

  28. 28手机显示灰色或断开怎么办Phone grey or disconnected? Bring it back手机或网页变灰多半是电脑上换了新会话，不是中继坏了；Agent J 会自己跟上新会话，其他问题在手机 设置 →「紧急修复」里修，也可以用一条命令把服务、中继、Agent 三段查一遍、修好。A grey phone or web page usually means the computer opened a new session, not that the relay broke; Agent J follows the new session by itself, Settings → Emergency repair fixes the rest from the phone, and one command checks and repairs the service, the relay and the Agent.
  29. 29压缩与交接：上下文满了也不失忆Compaction and handoff — a full context without forgetting压缩前 Agent 先把原话、进度、决定和路径写进一份交接文件；压缩或清空之后，不用你再发消息，Agent J 会提醒它先读交接再接着干。Before a compaction the Agent writes your words, progress, decisions and paths to a handoff file; afterwards Agent J reminds it to read that file and carry on — you don't have to send anything.
  30. 30换 AI 编程工具：先检查，能用才切Switch AI coding tool — checked first, switched only if it works在手机菜单里发换 AI 工具的命令，主 Agent 先解释、扫描这台电脑上的 Claude Code、Codex、OpenCode，并用无头方式试一下各自的登录；能用的才切，切完新工具先自报家门，不通就自动切回。Send the switch command from the phone menu; your main Agent explains, scans this computer for Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode, tries each sign-in headless, switches only to one that works, and the new tool introduces itself — or Agent J switches back by itself.
  31. 31用邮件指挥 Agent JCommand Agent J by e-mail给 Agent 一个邮箱，白名单里的人发邮件就能派活，回复回到同一封邮件。白名单和发件人校验在程序里执行，挡下的邮件 Agent 一个字都看不到。QQ、163、企业邮箱都能用。Give the Agent a mailbox; people on your allowlist send it tasks by e-mail and the reply comes back in the same thread. The allowlist and sender check run in code before any model, so refused mail never reaches the Agent. Works with any IMAP/SMTP mailbox.
  32. 32通讯录与转发到邮箱Contacts and forwarding by e-mailAgent 替你记住发过邮件的人，能一次导入 Google、Outlook、苹果、QQ、163 导出的通讯录；说“发给张三”时按拼音和谐音也能找到人。回复和文件一点就能转发到邮箱，只发给你在弹窗里选的地址。通讯录只存在你的电脑上。The Agent remembers everyone it mailed for you and imports Google, Outlook, Apple, QQ and 163 contact exports in one go. Say “send it to Zhang San” and it finds the person by pinyin and sound-alikes. Forward any reply or file to e-mail in one tap, only to the addresses you pick. The address book stays on your computer.

One folder, checked by rules before it goes live; the old look sleeps and comes back with one command.
  35. 35人人都能做董事长Anyone can be a chairmanAgent J 是你的董事长助理：一个工作流就是一家公司，文档就是公司；你管方向和拍板，助理替你管好每一家。Agent J is your chief of staff. A workflow is a company and its documents are the company; you set direction and decide, and your chief of staff runs the rest.

Change how often and what it checks in one sentence.

  39. 39iMessage 助手——Mac 上的短信，重要的推到手机iMessage assistant — your Mac's texts, the important ones on your phone只在 Mac 上有。Agent J 定时只读这台 Mac 收到的 iMessage 和短信，验证码、快递、银行、行程、家人的消息推到手机，垃圾和骗人的短信挡掉。默认关，打开要在电脑上授权一次。Mac only. Agent J reads new iMessages and texts on your Mac (read-only) and sends codes, deliveries, bank, travel and family messages to your phone, holding back spam and scams. Off by default; one permission step on the computer.

  45. 45开源与托管边界What is open source and what is hostedAgent J 的代码以 Apache License 2.0 开源。跑在你电脑和手机上的部分全部公开；转发服务器、账号、付费和广场是我们托管的服务。Agent J's code is open source under the Apache License 2.0. The parts that run on your computer and phone are public; the relay server, accounts, billing and the Plaza are hosted services.
