退款政策

Beta 草稿：这是 Beta 测试版期间的退款政策，用大白话写成。正式发布前可能还会修改。最后更新：2026-10-03。

第一次付款：7 天内可以全额退

第一次付款后 7 天内，如果你不想用了，写信到 founder@agentj.app 申请，我们全额退款。

信里请写上你的账号和登录邮箱，方便我们找到这笔付款。退款原路退回你付款用的卡或账户，到账时间以银行和 Stripe 为准。

7 天以后：随时取消，用到月底

你可以随时在账单管理页取消订阅。账单管理页从账号后台进入。
取消后，已经付过的这个月照常用到月底，然后停止，不再扣款。
没用完的天数不退钱，也不按天折算。

席位数量的变化

席位数量在账号后台的「管理账单」里改，改完马上生效。增加席位：按这个月剩下的天数补差价，记在下一张账单上。减少席位：按剩下的天数折算的差额，抵扣下一张账单，不退现金。具体金额会显示在 Stripe 的页面和账单上。

优惠码

优惠码的折扣不是现金，不能换成钱，也不能退成钱。订阅取消后优惠就结束了，之后再订阅按原价付，不能再用优惠码。

模型费用不归我们管

你付给 Anthropic、OpenAI、智谱、DeepSeek 等模型厂商的费用，是你和它们之间的事，我们收不到这笔钱，也退不了。有问题请直接找模型厂商。

Refund Policy

Your first payment: full refund within 7 days

If you change your mind within 7 days of your first payment, email founder@agentj.app and we'll refund it in full.

Include your account and the email you sign in with so we can find the payment. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to arrive depends on your bank and Stripe.

After 7 days: cancel any time, use it to the end of the month

Cancel whenever you like in the billing portal, which you open from the account dashboard.
The month you've already paid for keeps running to its end. Then the subscription stops and you aren't charged again.
We don't refund unused days or split a month.

Changing the number of seats

Change the number of seats under "Manage billing" in the account dashboard; the change takes effect right away. Adding seats: you pay for the rest of the current month, added to your next bill. Removing seats: the unused days are credited against your next bill, not refunded in cash. The exact amounts show on the Stripe page and on your bill.

A promo-code discount isn't cash. It can't be exchanged for money or refunded as money. It ends when the subscription is cancelled; resubscribing is full price, and no promo code applies.

Model costs aren't ours to refund

What you pay Anthropic, OpenAI, Zhipu, DeepSeek or any other model provider is between you and them. That money never comes to us, so we can't refund it. Please contact the provider directly.
