席位是什么What's a seat?
每台装了 Agent J 的电脑算一个席位，每月 20 美元，或每年 200 美元。Every computer you install Agent J on counts as one seat: $20 a month, or $200 a year.
三台电脑都要装，就买三个席位。每个席位最多连 10 台设备。Three computers means three seats. Each seat connects up to 10 devices.
打个比方：一个席位，就是公司里的一张办公桌。桌上的电脑是主机，坐在桌前的人是 Agent，那把椅子就是席位。你的手机、平板这些遥控器，是你联系这位员工的方式。从哪个遥控器发消息，进的都是同一个聊天窗口。多一个人，就多摆一张桌子。详见席位、Agent 和主机。Think of a seat as a desk in an office. The computer on it is the host, the person sitting there is the Agent, and the chair is the seat. Your phone, tablet and browser are remotes: your ways of reaching that person, and whichever one you use, it is the same conversation. One more person on the team, one more desk. 几个同事能不能共用一个席位？Can several colleagues share one seat?
能用，但不建议。一个 Agent 只有一个聊天窗口，连上它的手机看到的都是同一段聊天，几个人同时指挥它，很容易互相打架。10 台设备是给一个人用的，比如你自己的手机、平板，或另一台电脑上的浏览器。最好一人一个席位：每人装在自己电脑上，连自己的手机，聊天互相看不到。They can, but we don't recommend it. An Agent has one chat window, and every phone connected to it sees the same chat, so several people steering it at once get in each other's way. The 10 devices are meant for one person, say your own phone, your tablet, or a browser on another computer. Give each person their own seat: their own computer, their own phone, and chats nobody else sees.
要加人或减人，在账号后台点「管理账单」改数量。加席位：这个付款周期剩下的天数按比例补钱，记在下一张账单上。减席位：剩下天数的钱抵扣下一张账单，不退现金。To add or remove people, tap "Manage billing" in the account dashboard and change the quantity. Add a seat and you pay for the rest of the current billing period, added to your next bill. Remove one and the unused days come off your next bill; there's no cash refund.
付款、税和账单Payment, tax and invoices
价格是美元。在 Stripe 的付款页上，用银行卡付就行，信用卡、借记卡都可以。Visa、Mastercard、美国运通这些卡都能用。大陆银行发的卡，只要能在境外网站刷美元，一般也能付；只带银联标志的卡可能付不了。支付宝和微信支付暂时不能用。Prices are in US dollars. You pay on Stripe's payment page with a credit or debit card. Visa, Mastercard and American Express all work, and a card from a mainland Chinese bank usually works too if it can pay foreign websites in US dollars; a UnionPay-only card may be declined, and Alipay and WeChat Pay aren't available yet.
目前付款页不另外算税，也没有填税号的地方。For now the payment page doesn't add tax and has no field for a tax ID.
每一张账单，都能在账号后台点「管理账单」查看和下载。人民币付款和国内发票（增值税发票）现在都还没有。Every invoice is there to view and download under "Manage billing" in the account dashboard. Payment in Chinese yuan and Chinese tax invoices (fapiao) aren't available yet.
AI 的费用另外付AI costs are separate
Agent 用的是你自己的 Claude Code、Codex 或 OpenCode，登录的是你自己的账号。AI 的费用你直接付给 AI 公司（Anthropic、OpenAI、智谱、DeepSeek 等）。Your Agent is your own Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode, signed in with your own account. You pay the AI company (Anthropic, OpenAI, Zhipu, DeepSeek and so on) directly.
我们不转卖模型，也不经手这笔钱。已经有 Claude 或 ChatGPT 的订阅，就接着用。We don't resell model access or touch that money. Already have a Claude or ChatGPT plan? Keep using it.
取消和退款Cancelling and refunds
随时可以取消：在账号后台点「管理账单」。取消后，已经付过的这个月（年付就是这一年）照常用到期满，之后不再扣钱。Cancel anytime: tap "Manage billing" in the account dashboard. The month (or, on yearly billing, the year) you've already paid for keeps working to its end, and you aren't charged again.
第一次付款后 7 天内，写信到 founder@agentj.app，就能全额退款，钱原路退回。过了 7 天，没用完的天数不退钱。详细规则看退款政策。Within 7 days of your first payment, email founder@agentj.app for a full refund, back to the card you paid with. After 7 days, unused days aren't refunded. Details are in the refund policy.

能先试试再决定吗？Can I try it before I commit?
可以先看看文档和数据安全页，觉得合适再买。第一次付款后 7 天内不想用了，写信就全额退款。Have a look at the docs and the data security page first. If you change your mind within 7 days of your first payment, email us and we refund it in full.
一个人用，也能注册吗？I'm on my own. Can I still sign up?
能。注册的就是一个 Agent J 账号，一个人用和团队用都一样，有邮箱就能注册。Yes. You're signing up for an Agent J account, the same whether it's just you or a team. All you need is an email address.
能用人民币付款吗？Can I pay in Chinese yuan?
现在只收美元，在 Stripe 付款页用银行卡付。人民币付款和国内发票现在都还没有。Not yet. We charge in US dollars only, by bank card on Stripe's payment page. Payment in yuan and Chinese tax invoices aren't available yet.
电脑关机了还收费吗？Am I charged while my computer is off?
收费只看席位数，跟电脑开没开机无关。不用了，就在「管理账单」里减掉席位或者取消订阅。You pay per seat, whether the computer is on or off. If you stop using one, remove the seat or cancel under "Manage billing".
我们团队 3 个人，怎么买？We're a team of 3. How should we buy?
每人一个席位：在账号后台一次买 3 个，每月 60 美元。再在每个空席位上点「发给别人」，填上同事的邮箱。每人会收到一封邮件，各自装在自己的电脑上、连自己的手机，聊天互相看不到。One seat each: buy 3 at once in the account dashboard, $60 a month. Then tap "Email to someone" on each empty seat and enter each person's address. Each person gets an email, installs on their own computer, connects their own phone, and nobody sees anyone else's chat.
我不是程序员，装不好怎么办？I'm not a programmer. What if I can't get it installed?
整个安装由 AI 一步步带着你走，到第 6 步才需要付款，差不多是装到一半的时候。在那之前，AI 会先看看你的电脑行不行、把电脑端程序装好，不行它会先告诉你，这时你还没花钱。中途卡住了，AI 会先查文档，再把问题报给我们（发之前给你看）；你也可以直接写信给我们。付款后 7 天内装不好、不想用了，写信就全额退款。The AI walks you through the install, and you don't pay anything until step 6, about halfway through. Before that, the AI checks whether your computer is up to it and installs the program, and tells you if something won't work, all before you've paid anything. If you get stuck, the AI checks the docs first, then reports the problem to us (you see it before it's sent), or you can email us directly. If it still doesn't work out within 7 days of paying, email us for a full refund.
